Late last year, Gentoo came to us to create a video that would demonstrate their updated corporate strategy and their commitments to their customers in the coming years.

They wanted to make sure this wasn’t a stuffy corporate video, but it needed to be engaging and dynamic, something that their colleagues and customers would want to watch, not just turn off immediately. It needed to inspire, excite, and bring the new strategy to life.

We came up with a few different concepts to execute this but ultimately decided that the best way to illustrate the strategy was through the colleagues themselves. We spent three days filming people across the entire business, from housing officers, IT and grounds maintenance staff to the CEO. We also got some customers involved! Everyone had a role to play in the video, much like they do in implementing Gentoo’s new strategy.

The team were really pleased with the final outcome and gave us some fantastic feedback:
