In August 2025, our client Tilia Homes Western, part of the Untypical Group, launched their City View development in Exeter.
From the start of the project, we supported the team with their lead generation campaign and the development of sales materials. We created CGIs of the development, a 2D site plan, and social media content, as well as a print and Turtl brochure.
