Junior Account Manager, Neave, has recently celebrated her third anniversary at The Works! From supporting on national TV campaigns to working on hometown brand projects, Neave takes it all in her stride. We caught up with her to see how she’s found the last three years:

How have you found your time at The Works so far?

“My three years at The Works have been amazing! Having joined at 23, it’s been my first ‘proper’ job in the industry, and I’ve learned and developed so much since the shell I was when I started! It’s a welcoming, fun and supportive place to work with plenty of challenges, there’s always something going on and there’s never a dull moment!”

What do you like about working here?

“The variation of clients I work with means that no two days are the same, and I love having the opportunity to work on lots of different things that challenge me, from TV campaigns to annual reports! The team and clients are fantastic and make the job so enjoyable and rewarding.”

Are there any standout moments or projects for you?

“I’ve had the pleasure of working on lots of different projects for clients in a vast range of industries, but one of my favourite projects has been supporting Sunderland Business Improvement District with their brand refresh. The work they do in my hometown of The ‘Lun is fantastic, the regeneration project is amazing, and I’ve loved having a role to play in that.”
