Senior Designer, Paul, has recently celebrated his 19th anniversary at The Works. An integral part of the team, Paul often graces our studio in his Disney Cars Crocs (yes, you read that right) and in shirts only Beach Ken should get away with…

We caught up with him to see how he’s found his time at The Works so far:

How have you found your time at The Works so far?

My time at The Works has been a truly rewarding journey spanning nearly two decades. Over the years, I have gained invaluable experience, developed a wide range of skills, and built strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Working here has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, adapting to changes and embracing new challenges along the way. I take pride in contributing to a positive team environment and helping the company achieve its goals. I’d sum it up by saying my time at The Works so far has been fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing to be part of its future success.

What do you like about working here?

What I really enjoy about working here is the sense of community and teamwork. I appreciate the friendly and supportive environment, where colleagues work together to achieve goals. The team feels like a second family, and I appreciate how everyone works together to get things done. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot and enjoyed the variety in my day-to-day role. I love being part of a company that cares about its employees and encourages us to grow and succeed.
