We recently supported our client Karbon Homes with the launch of their biggest development to date, Seaham Garden Village (SGV). SGV is a community village in Seaham that Miller Homes and Taylor Wimpey are also part of and will ultimately result in 1,500 new homes being built for a mix of sale and affordable rent.
The project involved creating a wide range of assets as the development progressed. This included creating over 30 CGIs, 3D floor plans, a 3D site plan, plus an e-invite, brochure, information boards, and pull-up banners for the launch event at Dalton Old Pumphouse.
Our Photographer and Videographer, Andy, also captured some stunning photos of the beautiful Seaham coastline, which were used in the collateral we developed.
The launch event was successful, with a number of people reserving plots off-plan. We’re now working with Karbon Homes on collateral for the release of phase 2, which is due later this year.
