It’s been a year since Dawn joined our team and it’s safe to say she settled into her role quickly, diving straight into projects for our client Park Holidays UK. We recently caught up with Dawn to find out how her first year at The Works has gone:
How do you feel now you've been at The Works for a year?
The year has passed by incredibly quickly; I can’t quite believe that I have been with the company 12 months. Every day is different and very fast paced so the weeks and months fly by! I have loved my first year, my work colleagues are amazing, and the work culture is second to none. I have never worked for such a generous company.
Which projects have you enjoyed working on in the last year?
I have been involved in several of the big 2025 Park Holidays UK projects. Despite being hugely labour intensive, I loved doing the parks’ 2025 Owner Calendars.
Have you picked up any new skills or knowledge you didn't expect to?
Where do I start?! I’ve learnt so many new skills over the past 12 months. I am much more knowledgeable about the parks and the marketing products that they use to manage their ongoing sales targets.
What are you looking forward to in the next year?
I look forward to getting more involved with the parks’ marketing schedules and becoming more familiar with what they need to drive sales throughout the year.
