It was back to school for The Works directors Barry, John and Ian last week

The Works made a donation to the Red Sky Foundation, a charity that raises vital funds to support life saving work for babies, children and adults who are born with or who develop heart conditions across the North East of England. The donation was to fund the supply and installation of a defibrillator.

After some debate, we chose to donate the defib to St Bedes Primary and Nursery School in South Shields, attended by Daisy Cain, Ian’s grand daughter.

The presentation was made on Monday 22nd January and Sergio and Neil from the Red Sky Foundation gave a presentation highlighting the charities amazing work at the school assembly.
