Dawn and Harrison joined our team a few months ago, and now they’ve settled into their roles (as well as memorised how everyone likes their cuppas!), we caught up with them to see how they’re finding life at The Works.
How have you found your time at The Works so far?
Dawn: “Great. I love my new role! It’s very busy which I prefer, there’s lots to learn.”
Harrison: “I've absolutely loved my time at The Works so far. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming. The positive atmosphere has really stood out to me, and it's helped me quickly feel like part of the team.”
What do you like about working here?
Dawn: “The people and work environment are lovely. The variation of work, speaking to clients and learning new skills.”
Harrison: “Every day is different, which keeps things interesting, and the team is always supportive and motivated. It feels great to be part of a group that works well together and encourages each other to do their best.”
Are there any standout moments or projects for you?
Dawn: “I'm really enjoy preparing content for the video projects!”
Harrison: “A standout moment for me was receiving feedback from a client who shared that our targeted marketing activity had generated enough sales for them to reach their sales budget. That was incredibly rewarding because it showed the impact of our work and how we’re helping our clients achieve their goals.”
