Thank you for looking to sponsor the upcoming Alnwick Mini Rugby Festival. This years festival has built on previous years successes and is set to attract over 900 players (u7, u8, u9) and 1200 parents from across the region, making it a fantastic platform to showcase your brand.

As a sponsor, you will be promoting your business to an audience of young families and rugby enthusiasts from Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham and further afield. Your sponsorship will also help buy vital equipment for our minis and juniors teams to aid training and further develop their rugby over the coming years. The festival will actively promote the RFU code of conduct of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship, in all our young players.

Sponsorship Packages 

Main / Water Bottle Sponsor (please contact tim@wearetheworks.com)

It is intended each player will be given a small memento of the day and the main element of that will be a reusable water bottle made from recycled materials that will hold a few other sponsored items. This is an opportunity to have your brand on the rugby pitch of every child that attends the festival for years to come. As well as advertising your support of grassroots rugby they also make a powerful statement about your commitment to sustainability. Will also include a full page in the programme.

Buff Sponsor (£1500) x 1

A 100% cotton buff for each registered player displaying your brand and support for the festival. Will also include a full page in the programme.

T-Shirt Sponsor (SOLD)

Your brand will form part of the T-Shirt design for this year. T-shirts are being sold to teams on the run up to the event (see attached image). Will also include a full page in the programme.
