Having just developed a new identity, we planned an integrated brand campaign to launch the identity to consumers.
Guidelines around a new more conversational tone of voice, along with a suite of new photography combined with the fresh new identity for the campaign aimed to get across the message that buying a Gentoo home is more than just owning the bricks and mortar, but buying a lifestyle to suit you – something Gentoo Homes calls the ‘art of living’.
The campaign included a mix of digital advertising, traditional press, and TV and radio for which we commissioned actor Kris Marshall for the voiceover to give a welcoming and warm tone to the ads.
The TV advert has appeared across the North East on ITV, ITV on demand and Sky Adsmart and the radio advert was booked on regional stations, including Capital FM, Metro Radio and Sun FM.
The campaign will be running over the next couple of months so you can still catch it – or have a look below. Keep your eyes peeled for one of our own appearing at the end of the TV commercial – we’ll give you a clue who it is: he’s got four (little) legs!
